Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates is frequently engaged by these affiliates to provide consultancy work for international client’s vis-à-vis Malta’s progress on the enforcement of EU regulations, transposition of EU directives and opinions on the impact of local legislations in relation to the client’s EU law requirements.
The firm also assists public entities in relation to EU obligations, the drafting of laws for the transposition of directives and interpretation of EU Regulations, Directives and decisions.
The firm’s legal team has also acquired considerable experience in EU funding and other services related to this sector. The firm offers its services to INROADS a consultancy firm that seeks EU funding opportunities for individuals and commercial entities. It is also the legal adviser of Fondazzjoni Temi Zammit (www.ftz.org.mt), a foundation formed by public and commercial entities that apply for EU funding for research projects managed by its members.
