Emily Bonnici joined Aegis Corporate Services in 2020 as a Corporate Administration Assistant, wherein she ensures that trading and holding companies adhere to the best governance practices. Emily liaises with a number of accountants and auditors for the regulatory filing of VAT returns, Financial Statements and Tax Returns, liaises with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and assists with the filing of MBR forms and regulatory filing of obligatory documents.
 
Prior to joining AEGIS Corporate Services, Emily gained extensive experience during her time as an Administrator in a well-renowned private University and as a Head Office Administrator in a local Real Estate company.
